About me
Clinical Hypnotherapist (NGH Certified) • M.A. in Psychology (Thesis Ongoing)
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and psychology student with a simple mission: to help people find calm control again — from the inside out.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a habit that seems stronger than you. For years, I was a smoker — until I discovered the power of hypnotherapy. Using hypnosis, I was able to reprogram my subconscious, release the craving, and finally experience the freedom I’d been searching for.
That experience changed everything. Today, I combine my background in psychology and clinical hypnotherapy to guide others through the same transformation — helping them quit smoking, manage stress, and build a lasting sense of peace and confidence.
My approach is gentle, science-based, and deeply human. It’s not about force or willpower — it’s about understanding how your mind truly works and learning how to work with it rather than against it.
Because real change begins when you stop fighting yourself and start reclaiming your peace.

Curiosity over judgment
All emotions are welcome, and help raise important questions.

Because healing starts with understanding.
